Traditionally, people never have thought of ways to unlock their equity outside the the conventional refinance of a property, with possible high prepayment fees to exit your position. Because we think in terms of trades and exchanging, our counselors on our platform can create deals with multiple stakeholders in ways not thought possible.

Why was the group founded?

Created in 1974, we look at Real Estate through the lens of the owner and the benefits both a buyer and seller seek. The Indiana Real Estate Exchangors (IREX) was born to be the state’s premier creative real estate marketing organization.
